you re doin the right thing. You eat raw food that should wash the cooked dirt out of your system. But to avoid any dirt in your system(no in the system no on the skin;) You need to eat 100% raw. But increasing the raw goodies improves the skin problem also. But it doesnt remove, even if u eAT raw goji berries or chocolate.
