@TheJMachine it does matter where you “get your body needs”. So much happens with food today the vitamins are dissolved by the time you get to it. Have you ever heard of monsantos?? Why do you think there is more cancer then ever in this world?
First of all a large chunk of foods are enriched with vitamins and minerals just about anything containing flours or white rice. second, there are people can’t eat whole wheat yet they are healthy without it. lastly a vitamin is a vitamin. so long as you have the needed items to make use of them then it doesn’t matter where you get what your body needs.

actually i am very depressed and i cant change job so easily
well you could change yourself by getting a new job, getting therapy, or a million other ways to help yourself. but you dont sound that motivated, so you might as well kill yourself.
I dont want to be attentive. I hate my job and I prefer not to be focused on it.
